By placing an order with Luna & Bloom, you agree to the following terms.
All arrangements are handcrafted and made to order. Due to the natural variation of fresh flowers, slight differences in color and appearance may occur.
All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges are permitted once an order is placed. Cancellations are not accepted within 72 hours of the scheduled delivery date.
Delivery is completed within the selected date window. Specific delivery times are not guaranteed. Luna & Bloom is not responsible for arrangements once delivered to the provided address.
We reserve the right to make minor substitutions of equal or greater value if certain flowers or materials become unavailable.
