Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers and the limited-edition quantities of our arrangements, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos so we can review and make it right if appropriate.
Cancellations are not accepted within 72 hours of the scheduled delivery date.
